* Day 1 “Patrimony: handicrafts and Ek Phnom” Tour

- Discovery of artisans who open their homes for you: sculptors, manufacturers of incense, rice cakes, rice wine, rice cakes makers, a cigarette rolling woman…

- Discovery of the fish market and manufacturing of fish paste “Prohoc”, the essential ingredient for Khmer cooking

- Visit the Memorial Wat Samrong knong

- Visit pre-Angkorian Aek Phnom temple and traditional villages

- Bamboo train ride in the middle of rice fields and orchards, discovery of a country village, traditional brick manufacturers

 

* Day 2 “Temples, hills and lotus” Tour

- Visit of old traditional houses, at Madam Boung’s

- Visit pre-Angkorian Wat Banan temple and vineyards of the Bayon

- Visit Phnom Sampeu, its many pagodas and caves

- Discovery of Kamping Pouy lotus-covered lake, the only weaving fiber lotus workshop, boat trip in the middle of the lotus


* Day 3 “Off the beaten path, local culture”

- Guided audio tour by cyclo! Unusual tour of the city to the sweet rhythm of cyclo

- Assist to a meal with monks

- Meeting with the family Toeun, manufacturers of rice noodles for three generations.

- Visit to a crocodile farm

- Visit the school of Phare Ponleu Selpak, its many art trainings; on the evening, opportunity to attend a circus performance by professionals trained in the school, according to their schedule
